From the pictures sent us, and from the descriptions and stories we have gathered, the Corte Fragata is nice beautifunl and something we should be proud of and is rewarding enough for the efforts, countless meeting, heartaches and troubles to see to it that the condo is finished and completed and lsatisfactory to the would be buyers.

This site, the pages, the FB fan page are well visited; only more sales execs and push are needed to sell more

Thousands have visited this site and navigated the pages and the posts as well as the FB fan page for Corte Fragata Eloisa.  The stats number into thousands.  At the actual site, hundreds have trekked to the  inner sanctum of the condo.

Why are there limited number of sales?

We need sales execs who will push hard and be passionate about this product.  We have several but notably the passion, the dedication must be ramped up.  And since this is a numbers game, we have to add more sales executive.

Proposed leasing rates for dorm occupants; are these very competitive?

The glass facade of the Corte Fragata Condiminium Dorm is now finished and for all intents and purposes it is ready to accept occupants.  

There are many inquiries and there are many visitors at the site.  Many are students and some are families wanting a place to stay.  The trouble now is how to standardize the rental rate.
