This site author has not made any post since December 19 2013.  We resumed posting only this May 1, 2014 upon the urging of the owner.

From the pictures sent us, and from the descriptions and stories we have gathered, the Corte Fragata is nice beautifunl and something we should be proud of and is rewarding enough for the efforts, countless meeting, heartaches and troubles to see to it that the condo is finished and completed and lsatisfactory to the would be buyers.



This writer, who is a real estate developer himself for the last 3 decades has assisted the owner, a cousin do the following:   1.   assist in finishing the construction by looking for erngineer  2.  obtain bridge financing     3.  secure marketing agents/channel  4.  negotiate/deal with the banks  5, solve countless problems,   and do the social media campaign.

We thank the owner, a doctor, an ob gyne specialist and congratulate her as well for keeping her word - that she will finish the project.  She is very much focused on  Corte Fragata despite her pressing problems and schedule as health care specialist.  Thank you and congratulations because you have delivered and fulfilled your dream
